not true freedom of speech can only be violated in public companies that are payed by the government or out in the public world however private companies are ALLOWED to terminate freedom of speech or edit it's content of what is to be said and what not. They can even discriminate people of race and such but usually companies prefer not to do that since that would lose customers. ONLY if the government pays money to the company then it has to become a public company.

Speaking of which. Another disater was Viacom pulling their channels of Time Warner Cable. I remember in Christmas of 2008, There was an ad called "Why is Dora Crying?" And they are referring to Dora the Explorer. And the tearful Dora and Boots had the caption reading "Time Warner Cable is taking Dora off the air on New Years Eve along with other shows done by Viacom. I saw shocked that we would lose Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, Showtime, Spike TV, Noggin, TV Land, and others...
