i would just go with the whey gold standard...you pay more for real food..so there is no price difference..whey dissolves faster as well.

  • @reak1986 try using the shaker as it's name implies, There is no more "clumpy" protein out there for years, you just need to shake it like a motherfucker, if you'll excuse my french.

  • @kane123369 meat is better your forget as a post workout meal your body WILL NOT absorb the protein from solid food. liquid is the way to go post workout wise.
