why do you only get about 37 frames?? i only have a AMD 3500+, 1Gig Ram, ATI x1800xtx and i can play the game maxed out, too

Did you at least TRY VISTA?cuz if u did u'd realize that it doesn't really effects fps in games!

100% correct!
I have a 9800GTX+, Q6600 and 4 gb RAM.
And i get 100+ fps,and 60 avg when using fraps.
either this is a fake or he has some problems with his system :P

cuz they use these huge cards to play better games than test drive lol test drive doesnt even look that good

does fraps slow down the fpsa or what? and if it does, by how much?

Yeh Fraps will take FPS off only when you start to capture. I think it brings the FPS down to what you picked to capture at not 100% sure on that.
