Wikipedia says it will black out the English language version of its website Wednesday to protest anti-piracy legislation under consideration in Congress. (Jan. 17)

@AnonymousMedia1 When he says the people that run the internet, he isn't saying that the internet is run by somebody directly, he''s referring to the people that run certain websites that essentially sit at the center of the internet.
