  • Thats sweet go out in kayaks just not that far off

  • Why would you want to go out in a kayak when you have a Zodiac and can make it to the Rigs. We travel fast enough to troll for kings and sails. You cannot do that in a kayak. Shawncy lost that fishing rod several days later when something smoked the ribbon fish, busted the rod holder, and the rod dissapeared out the transom. Seemed like a lot of kayak fishermen we're angry when they saw the video. By the way we got a 12 foot 700 lbs tiger shark August 11th, 2008 fishing off the beach. See site.

  • Thanks Guys, This is one of several videos we did. We have more videos in our message board at the TEXAS SHARK FISHING WEBSITE: tx-sharkfishing/messageboard

  • Dam, you guys must be some rednecks or something, xD

  • Awesome! You guys show alot of balls, I would not do that, but I certainly don't begrudge you for doing it either. I have lots of fun fishing from the beach, piers, and the occasional offshore party boat. Good luck guys and be careful!

  • nice fish what type of rod is that?

  • I wouldn't feel safe at all out there in my dad's 35 ft bay boat, much less a little dingy like that!

  • I dont see what the big deal is.. I would go out to the 1st couple of rigs in a Jon boat if the weather allows. I have had water sputs land right behind me in my bay boat.

  • At least wear a life vest for crying out loud.

  • yes alot of haters on here who dont like the thrill of fishing from a kayak or small boat I like to kayak but that motor just seems much more appealing !Keep on fishin =p!

  • AWSOME

  • wow bunch of haters here lol. good job guys! i just got an 11 footer and 5 hp. Id like to do that, but seeing as my boat is slightly larger with one less horse power im a little hesitant. I was planning to go 1-2 miles offshore, and i thought that was far; but you guys got me beat. thank you for sharing

  • i like the guy who caught the marlin on a surfboard more. that was intense

  • Buncha Deathwish Rednecks. Hey, I just thought of a new band name.

  • @PowerFisherman that's very nice! I'm thinking about inflatable also. But one question. Aren't you afraid to go that far away in inflatable? Couse if something goes wrong, and it's an open ocean, something CAN go wrong, and you brake a boat cover, that's it, you won't make it back to the land.
