WOW, I always wonder why such beautiful homes become abandoned.

The view of the house is excellent. If you can rebuild that house, and if you resell it, you can make profit. But it may be a haunted house. I suggest you find out the history of that house first. Find out the previous owners of that house from the Hong Kong Land Office, and ask them what happened ?? Anyone died there? You can make a video at night in that house.
