because its not good. prowl uses wayy too much energy for the actual damage it does. opening with your rotation is the best way to start.

I usually start with mangle>sr>rake> shred to 5 cp> rip, and then keep debuffs up from there.

eh, pretty much. Its not really a rotation. Its considered a priority system. You basically just keep all your bleeds and SR up without ever letting them fall off (without clipping).
