HDPVR CAPTURE Tutorial: Capture & Edit Workflow

In this video, I cover my workflow when using the HDPVR CAPTURE program with the Hauppauge HD PVR.

@DizzyDoug, Great vid man. Did a lot of research because there are very few products out there Mac compatible. That said, I have everything set up fine...audio is good, video is awesome for the m2ts file, but my mp4's are absolutely terrible. Picture is ok but it is so choppy and laggy. I obv need to fix this as I cannot edit m2ts in iMovie or final cut pro, and ultimately upload to YouTube. Any help much appreciated brother..I have sniper footage the world needs to see!

@Donkahue Sounds like your issue is during the process where you are converting the videos to .mp4's. Or, your final rendered video files. So, without knowing exactly what you are doing, and with what, it's hard to diagnose the problem.

I have 12 or so videos on the HDPVR on my channel in the HDPVR playlist. In that playlist, is a video on rendering HD videos. Perhaps those settings can help you. Let me know...

I downloaded the demo of HDPVR capture and then purchased it but when i open the the program it still says demo on the top. Why is this?

@AOTASniping More than likely because you didn't enter the serial number in the app.
