@Silversava2 The first one is in the bargain bin nowadays, I would definitely pick it up and check it out if I were you. DR 2 comes out on 9/28 so you'll have plenty of time to finish the original!

So it's really up to you. Personally I would get the disc for the added flexibility.

is it true that you only get one save? what happens when you turn of the game?

If you turn off the game without saving first, you'll lose all progress made since the last save!

@playwhatplaywhat what does it mean by one save. ive seen people save their game multiple times. can you explain that?

@ThatIndianGuy7116 It means that every time you save the game it overwrites the previous save game, so you can't have multiple savegames at different points in the game.

I personally think DR1 is better than DR2, just my opinion. But both are awesome!

THIS is the reason I bought a 360. THE ONLY REASON. 'Course, L4D came out later, and then Dead Island. But until they came out, DEAD ISLAND WAS IT! HOO-YA!

@Silversava2 play the first one but rent it because you can rent it because it is short but you should play this to understand the 2nd 1

@xXxKingColdxXx I have all three. heres how i rate them

THe wii: HORRIBLE JUNK. only good thing about it is the gamecube compatabilty. and the gamecube is in my opinion one of the best consoles out there. but the wii compatibility dosnt even WORK!!!!

the ps3: AMAZING. great. has a lot of good game. esspeccialy lbp2 and uncharted and killzone.

xbox 360: the BEST!! nuff said

I've had DR1 for years, but stopped playing it due to it's crippled save state. I got DR2 and am almost done with it (with the story anyway) and then I'm going to give DR1 a second chance. Great Review, you won a sub! ~Frank
