In a futuristic London, the rising sea levels mean that large areas are under feet of water. Hauer plays a cop who previously lost his partner to some strange creature. Now the creature is back and its after him.

NON OF YOu HAVE WATCHED THIS PROPERLY Hauer is laughing AT it. Check the scene when he opens the door and winks at the camera.. Even he knows it is rubbish...

hahaha ive found it! took me ages to find what this film was called! trawled through "sci-fi of the 90's" to find it. i 26 now and can remember watching this round me nans when i was probably about 10 or 11 lol! so thats prob somwhere around 1995 on bbc1 sat night me thinks lol

many people including myself are grateful for this upload. fantastic film. one of my favourites as a kid, being looking for the dvd for years cant find. CHEERS BUDDY!
