Shift The Focus When Prospecting In Your MLM Business
This is really important information for you as you grow your network marketing business. I believe there are essentially two things that you need to do grow your business. They are
1. Learn how to market. Learn how to create leads at will online.
2. Learn how to close those leads into your business.
Now I'm not going to talk much on how to create leads as I want to concentrate on whats the best way to close these leads into your business. If you truly want to influence people you must think in the same manner as they think. So when you make that prospecting phone call, here is what you must do
1. Try not to mention anything about yourself. Refrain from using the word I
2. 100% shift the focus onto your prospects needs and wants. Diagnose them with loaded questions to get them to respond. The more you get your prospects to respond, the bigger relationships will develop.
3. Talk to them about their interests and always call them by their first name.
If you can sincerely erase yourself from the conversation and shift the focus totally onto your prospect, you will be light years ahead of your competitors.
Always remember this, if you come across as a fantastic listener and your prospect feels that he can tell you anything, you have just made a loyal friend.
Again I repeat, shift the focus. As far as your prospect is concerned his life problems and concerns are more important than earthquakes and natural disasters.
