Very nice but you need to be more careful when changing chords. If you listen you will here the screech each time you change. The secret is the way a classical guitarist does it. I.e. don't just slide from chord to chord but lift, then move, then place the chord. This will improve things. Apart from that you got it.

Great job. I do recommend you finger pick this song though. Its much quicker in the transitions. Guitar sounds awesome!
