Cant get out of the bottom on your squats? Try the inertia squat. Set the pins to so your at 90 degrees and blast away new records.

Would this be performed on Max day or Dynamic with 2-3 reps with 8-10 sets?? Iam thinking Max... What you guys think?? Love the stuff keep them coming
