This is a great scene from the New Zealand movie NEVER SAY DIE. This is kinda how we DO sell cars here, but more in the private sector then in the car yards. This is an iconic movie scene to most NZ'ers. The white car they are talking about is a Ford Zephyr 6 Mk. III, for those interested.

If you lied in this country selling something at a fixed price, you would be done for fruad, private or not under the consumer guarantee's act.

The lines go:

Salesman thinks that buyer is calling him frank, but his name is Cyril, so he corrects him. :)
