John Campbell gets dumped over the hub rail at Blue Bonnets raceway when a horse and driver avoid one accident, and in the process, become the cause of another. Watch world champion Laag cause the first accident, setting off the chain reaction, then John Campbell's horse, who runs without driver, flips over the hub rail. Fortunately, neither driver nor horse was hurt.
I fu**ing hate the ejits that give out about horse racing it's a great sport for driver horse and spectator it has been happening since we saddled a horse and will or should not be stopped so u people go get a life and let us race we pay taxes. So u say it's ok to pay a soccer player 100 000 a week I think the pressure on them is cruel the tackles (this is an example) so f**k off

This is why harness racing NO longer has a metal hub rail. It makes no sense that today there is a metal rail for breds. I guess they hate those midgets.

you know what they should do is make a safty strap so if the rider falls out of it the cart unattaches its self from the horse

The horse was just trying to do a grind but failed to realize he needs to slide on the board and not his side. Common mistake :)

@Tampaslice ...
if you could come to my work and see the way the trainers can calm down and gain the trust of the most unsettled horse.. They are brilliant. It's amazing to watch. No horse gets flogged. The injured horses have the best care possible and are not sold for dog food.
Unless you have some credible source for your comments, dont go putting sh*t on people who love and care for their horses.

@Tampaslice Why do you think he got rich from animal abuse? have you heard something in particular about him and the stud his horses come from or are you making a generalised statement based on what PETA told you?
I work at a harness racing stud, I'm a vegan, myself and everyone I work with are very against animal cruelty. It takes amazing horsemanship to pull a yearling in who's never been handled and turn that horse into your sporting companion.

@Tampaslice I have horses...and im really good friends with some of the drivers..I have only met John 3 times in my life and he was a pretty sweet guy. Also he is the top driver in the united states. so obviously hes pretty good. and if a driver whips a horse too hard or too much they get fined a lot of money

@Tampaslice your an idiot. these horses are treated way better than most ridding horses are. not to mention after a driver falls, the horse runs around terrified, and way more likely to be hurt, until one of the grooms or trainers or drivers gets him to stop. if you went into one of these stables and talked to one of these "animal abusers", you would realize that they love these horses. that some of these trainers go without food so that their horses get everything they need. shut the fuck up
