Once again, it is difficult to hear Mr. Justice Eady's reply. I do not believe he said anything about the extent of publication of the alleged libel, nor where it was produced. Under English law, this is just as important as the citizenship, residence & business location of the claimant.
Is the offending libel even in English? Is it a foreign publication? Why is it available in the UK? It is for these reasons that claims by Malfouz have been labeled libel tourism and upset the U.S.
