@boffinme80 I am aware that this is not the Disney version, and I too like this one much better. I was just pointing out the funny/unrealistic aspects of this one.
The Disney version on the other hand pisses me off because it's the Disney version.

@nils119 You do know this is not based on the Disney film?? Kaa was not a villain in the books. He was actually Miowgli's biggest protector, more than Baloo and Bagheera. Disney just buggered Kaa up, though I do like the Disney version don't get me wrong, but this is miles better because it approves to Rudyard Kiling's series.

LMAO i loved this series mowgli was my childhood hero besides batman.
watching it today it seems like a big joke though. everyone is starving and the snake doesnt even think about eating the boy, and the scavenger gives advice on how to survive to his pray.
i wonder what a more realistic child series might have caused to my brain.
