How do you squeeze a 9 hour festival with over 30 acts into a 10minute youtube video anyway? Well, if you missed out here's some highlights of just some of the acts which entertained Perth at Parklife - marking the beginning of the music festival season for summer 2008/2009.
I shot over 45 minutes of video, generally short clips, on my Canon Powershot s5is camera - which I also use for event photos. This is my first time creating an edited video production, just using Windows Movie Maker, so don't expect anything too flash!
There's no full tracks on here, and the first 2 minutes or so is very short clips, predominately of the appreciative crowd, then some extended highlights from various acts including Goldfrapp, 2many DJs, Ajax, Martin Solveig, and more. By the way - don't forget to watch in High Quality - some of the facial expressions are priceless!

You did a great job of editing on this!..I kinda thought that it was done by a Pro?... and considering that just about the whole video was camera "Hand-held", which made it even more exciting!.. I may buy this Canon S5IS. What I'm interested to know is its AUDIO capabilities which I believe is in stereo.. Great Job!...and you should have gotten much more hits than just 198... try changing the "TAGS" for more hits...
