@krrrruptidsoless Watch at 0:40-0:44. It's definitely slowed down. That and other clues lead me to believe that more of the clip is altered.

It looked like the natural flow to me. It could be that since this is a form and not a fight that certain things are performed at different speeds. Thus he just slowed down not the fim. Watch it again.

No, I've seen the same form performed without those effects. You can't tell me that they didn't slow it down at :37. Since they slowed it down, I suspect when I think I'm seeing it sped up, I likely am. The best proof is at 1:03, where gravity is sped up on his hop. It may be slight, but it's enough to notice.
