MS Removal Tool xp removal instruction

(1) Click Start_ Run _ copy and paste the following into the run box: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data

Locate and open the randomly named folder and rename the
main Excuable and restart computer.

(2) Click Start _Run_copy and paste the following into the run box: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data

Delete the randomly named folder.

(3) Click Start _ Run _ copy and paste the following into the run box: C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch or Prefetch

Click edit then select all and click on the red x to delete

(4) Malwarebytes direct link: http://www.myantispyware.com/mbam

(5) Click Start _ Run _ copy and paste the following into the run box: sysdm.cpl

Turn off system restore then turn system restore back on.

Last but not least, up date your antivirus software and run a full scan.
