@FL50DRUMR Hey ed, maybe it's a good idea to do a video on your drumkit, showing the trigger positions, and with this explenation witch may help out a lot of other accoustic drummers with the same noice problem :-D I bet that would get so much views, as i may assume that every drummer with enough money to spare, still preferes to play a real kit! LOL.
Thanks for this superb explenation, it really is a work of art!
Kind regards, Ronald.

@readyeddy101 Thanks Nick! I find that I have improved since when I first started last year, but I still have sooo much to learn, some bad habits to break, and I really need to work on 4 limb independence. But I really appreciate your support and everyone on YT that has provided support and guidance ove the last year. Keep rockin' \m/

@stanleynich Yes as I mentioned on another song, the DM10 gives you two instruments per trigger note. I found offsetting the pan and volume of two different instruments gives it real depth and definition. I think the snare choices are "Ringer" and "Crecent" or "Blasterbeat". Pan is set to L5 and L6, volume 80 and 84. There are sooo many choices for snares, the combinations seem endless. it's alot of fun to mix the snare and other instruments to get "that sound". Thanks for watching \m/

Another exelent drumcover! You really get some extra practise time now you have switched your drumkit into "stealth mode" :-D Rock on my friend! I will be returning with anticipation for your next song!
Kind regards, Ronald.

@musicmaniac1965 Thanks Ronald! Yes I can practice late at night and not disturb my family - my "Stealth" kit is very quiet to play, and it sounds even better than it did as an acoustic set with mic's and EQ'd through the mixer. The Alesis DM10 module has excellent, realistic sounds - and I can change the sound of my kit at will, so that is another big plus. I am very happy with the results of my conversion to an E-Drum kit. Thanks for your support!

@FL50DRUMR Youre welcome. And thank YOU for showing us there's a way to play acoustic kits with the silence of a Edrum kit! You are perfectly right, the feel of drumming on a real kit can't be compared to drumming on electronic kits. This is the best solution for people who don't want to make to much noice, but do want to drum on a accoustic kit! Altough this won't come cheap! LOL.
Kind regards, Ronald.

@musicmaniac1965 On average, the additional cost is about $100 extra per trigger (drum or cymbal), plus the cost of the drum brain. I got lucky and purchased the Alesis Studio kit which I parted out on Ebay except for the DM10 module.. the parts sold for the price I paid for the whole kit, so I basically got the DM10 module for free (except for all the work selling + Shipping). The Hi-Hat stand I custom built, taking the electronics out from the DM10 pedal, and adding them to my VEX pedal.

@musicmaniac1965 I first modified the DM10 pedal to replace the pedal on the Vex acoustic stand... that worked really well.. I just didn't like the length, and height of the DM10 pedal. There are also 2 large screw heads on the top of the pedal - very uncomfortable. That is when I decided to try taking the electronics out of the DM10 pedal and adding them to the acoustic pedal. Actually it was easier then modifying the DM10 pedal to fit on the acoustic stand, and it is same height as the kick.
