Here's a very rare shot from Cindy Weil's camera on her apartment balcony. This captures both the south and north tower collapse at a very interesting angle.

Picture of a Tourist Brochure I own from 1984 of the World Trade Center. The title reads "The closest some of us will ever get to heaven."

  • After the first tower collapsed, it hit and damaged the other tower low. There was totally no damage to the tower wich was still standing, atleast not above floor40/50.

What caused the smoke to raise up against the building? The smoke looks like it comes from the bottom so why would it keep on smoking like that? Go watch the end of this film and see how the wind takes the smoke, like nothing. (there was 30 minutes between the collapses!)

Maybe i am wrong.. or the smoke is hiding something...

  • @dhahranksa Actually the core of the building on the second tower clearly fails before the outer walls as witnessed by the big fall in the antennae which is anchored to the top of the inner core and precedes any collapse in the outer structure..

  • @vengencefrom1979 Even though it had an initial sharp lean, the only way if would have fallen over is that if the side opposite from where it started to lean was anchored, but because it never remained intact, gravity took over and pulled the whole building vertically down.

  • @jdm0715 the point in time where the top tips is what doesnt make sense. it should of kept tipping over but instead met no resistance and fell straight down.

  • @prosofter767 You didn't capitalize the "i" in your response so, shut the fuck up. Not to mention the fact that you spelled excuse incorrectly. To defend my previous spelling, I didn't capitalize the first fuck because it was not the beginning of the sentence. The @ prior to shaboopie12 started the sentence.

  • Most people say it was a "controlled demolition" because it fell into a perfect pile right onto it's footprint, but if you watch at 0:50 you can see it starting to tip.

  • @noobskater15 yeah, that the reflection of the sun, and by the way, bombs make noises you idiot, there arent any sounds of explosions. Controlled demolition's take out the core of the building, the towers core's survived the innitial collapse and collapsed about 1 and a half seconds after
