Man, I can do upto 25 pushups with a good form but I always get a strain in my spine. I have recently started to learn the handstand on the wall.It gives me even bigger pain. I'm afraid that this might get chronic. Usually the paing goes away quickly after a good night sleep. As a teenager I hurt my back once.
Do you have any ideas what I should do to prevent any real and long lasting injury? I have started including gymnastic exercises in my routine recently.
Nice video! But, I sometimes have pain in my triceps(I don't know if that's the right name, but the muscles at the back of my upper arm) also hurt sometimes, is this because I'm over-training?
