    I dropped 32# in 6 months through eating properly and walking 30 minutes a day. I plateaued.

    I'm now adding beginning weightlifting, because I want muscles to burn calories 24/7.

    I was told burnouts are a good way to get bigger. But I've seen different versions of burnouts. Some styles descend and others ascend. If you haven't already done so, can you do a video on the subject?

  • @TeleTubeee sure, but my friend you are forgetting that going up or down doesnt really matter because the only way you will gain mass is by upping your calories. You should be changing your routine every 4-6 weeks regardless. check out the SHF meal plan system. It will help you for sure! :)

  • scott i think you should start doing reviews about different workouts such as insanity, rush fit, and p90x. thumbs up so he can see.

    I'm about 6 foot 1, nineteen and will start hitting the gym soon as I'm fairly slim and want to gain some mass. However I noticed I have some stretchmarks on my lowerback and hips.. is this normal to have for guys and can exercise get rid of them? Thanks!
