Sorry, but there was no probable cause and it's in Centre Park historic distric very lovely property well maintained. There are issues with the warrant. The first judged turned them down so they went judge shopping. The federal judge has written a 17 page report in her favor.

The officials present on this video have shamed & disgraced themselves! Each American must make their own individual decisions to take a STAND & FIGHT against any illegal or unConstitutional orders GIVEN from their superiors. @smilesalot68 You obviously don't know the whole story. You first have to understand landlord/tenant rights. If a landlord or a tenant denies a health and safety inspection is that enough probable cause for a warrant? Codes were denied a warrant by a few DJ's before one gave it to them by the way. No tenant complained about the health and safety conditions. This was more about retaliation than the inspection itself. They didn't find anything wrong with the place besides the broken door.

City of Reading is full of corupt officials! Those officers should be suspended for not doing their job. Just because a corrupt judge issues a warrant to let another corrupt official pursue his personal vendeta that doesn't make it legal for you to break down doors. That is why there is a constitution to protect us from corrupt officials who want to get away with whatever they want to do. Good luck on the lawsuite and don't back down Marry Ann!!! Amazing. Just read that a Federal jury sided with the city. So now the city can come into anyone's home if they want. And now the city wants to inspect homes after the sale. What happens if you don't let them in? They just barge in? I hope Mary Ann and the tenants continue the fight!
