Holiday Vespers - A KU Tradition

The Vespers tradition at KU has roots dating to December 1884 when the new music department presented its first exclusive concert. Over the years, the ceremony has grown to include candle processions and a tableau created by the art department. Known by different names over the years, the annual event was dubbed simply "Vespers" in 1982. It remains a community favorite.
