Mick fills the bar with 9 plates and bangs out 11 reps of T-bar rows at Snap Fitness 24-7 in Marlton, NJ. I don't use this exercise with my clients because the range of motion is short and its difficult to keep tight form without chest support. However, it's not a bad choice if you're a competitive bodybuilder like the person shown in the video. Yes the form is poor, but search for Jay Cutler's T-Bar Rows....it looks the exact same. And its an awkward deadlift with serious weight which is impressive in itself.
