It is pronounced - O-ster
NOT - Os-ter

"Oster" is the Best---A lot of the new barbershops and those &^%$ hair salons use those (what i call "make belive clippers") with those plastic guards and have the nerve to charge $15/20 for a haircut!!!!
-
These would be best for ceasers right?

The black universal comb attachment set... How strong are the combs? I had a wahl with plastic clip on combs and the teeth were sort of flimsy and would become bent to the side and therefore cut the hair unevenly (low spots). Thanks in advance

The Oster combs are made of sturdy hard plastic with very little flex. I know what you mean about the Wahl combs. I still have an old Wahl Color Pro and the combs that came with them were pretty flimsy in comparison.

hey i wanna get some of these. right now i use some wahl clippers. and usually cut my hair to 1.5 mm which is#1/2. i know the numbers are different. so what would be the closest to this number.i want something that's at least 1mm.

If you're looking for a comparable blade then try the Oster 0A blade which is close at 1.2mm

Hey sows that thing heat up at all?
Mrvegas2112 6 months ago
After about 10-15 minutes of continuous use it does start to heat up but mainly in the cover plate area and not to the point where it actually burns. Usually, if its well greased and oiled then it wont heat up as fast.
