RCMP issued a serious warning after 13 young people were caught allegedly street racing.

Cops love overstating things. A lot of street racers are better drivers than the trained police! Yes, street racing is illegal, but please police... stop making it sound like murder.

Plus I think I respect more the individuals who custom their stock cars like JDM than people who have this kind of cars that just don't know how to spend it.

I don't generalize everyone who owns this kind of exotic supercars but I'm sure that probably 7 out of 10 owners (20's of age) are probably involved in something illegal job. PS: I am from Vancouver, specifically Burnaby. I have a friend 17 years old and will soon buy a Nissan G35. WTF right?

It's not speeding that causes the problems, it's stupid Sunday Half-ass drivers that get in the way of a speeding car that causes the problems.

Why do cops always assume people who street race have no driving skill? Myself and one of my friends are qualified rally drivers and we street race. To say we aren't experienced drivers is downright idiotic. You do realize that almost EVERYONE with ANY kind of performance car has street raced at least once in their lifetime? All the way from F1 drivers to 16 year olds in their moms Civics, you cannot just group everyone's driving skill into inexperienced.

Why are cops babysitting some rich spoiled kid?
. You think you're doing a public service? How about allocate more resource in to some actual community service like picking up the garbage on Hastings and getting more housing for the homeless.
Slash the traffic enforcement department in half. Do the daily commuters a favor and stop writing tickets during rush hour.
I'd rather see nice cars street racing then police officers with nothing better to do but write up traffic infractions.

Everytime I'm driving in Vancouver, Richmond, or Burnaby, I will always see an exotic car driven by a 20 something Asian kid with an N on the back. At least everyday. And I know for a fact these kids don't have jobs. A few of my friends just happen to be Korean and they are (and were) spoiled up the ass since birth. One of my friends has an Evolution and I was like WTF. He doesn't even pay for the fucking insurance.

Most high speed collisions happen with the car moving forward. Simple soultion. Drive in reverse.
