This video was very inspiring, just what I was looking for. You seem very focused, I'm so happy for you that you found this so young in your life. Most people think I'm crazy when I start talking about this stuff. It kind of puts my mood down sometimes but watching this now I feel like I can set aside thirty minutes a day and just be happy, and for me that is hard. Me and my husband work opposite shifts and have three children so you could imagine. Thank you for posting these.

I curently set up a vision board and and visualise me achieving my goals for 20 minutes every day at the start of the day, reason why i do it at the start of the day is because it helps me focused for the rest of the day, if i dont i just procastinate
