Dude, The Microsoft store sells software, Xbox 360s, Xbox 360 games, Games for Windows, Zunes, School Laptops, Work Laptops, Gaming laptops, those cool Coffee Table computers, computer and gaming accessories... they sell a lot of stuff there. You can also purchase serial numbers for any software that you have at home but lost the SN. So they just don't sell 360s, Zunes, and software like you thought.
