I reached overtraining today... I ran 4.4miles on sunday evening, Monday, at PT I ran about 8miles +. Today, its Thursday, I just completed a lousy 2.2miles. Well... I've have not gotten over 48hours sleep, and I usually train in the evening, so my metabolism is going nuts, and I have a really hard time getting to sleep. I'm going to take the rest of the week off, and last week, I really did feel like sleeping all week last time, I'm going to take F, S, Sunday off.

I have been told on many seperate ocasions iam overtraining while i have never expeirianced any of these symptoms the only close relations to these symptoms were minor lazyness and forgettfulness both minor so i wouldent conclude iam over training
