E3 2011: Interview with Skullgirls' Mike "Mike Z." Zaimont

Autumn Games' Skullgirls is looking to be the fighting game for fighting game fans made by fighting games fans. We had a chance to talk with lead combat designer, and fighting game champ, Mike "Mike Z." Zaimont at E3 about what is going to set Skullgirls apart from other fighting games, and how it is to go from being the one playing the fighting game to the one designing the fighting game.

@ogmaster1 This game is nothing to cum about... its just another 2d fighting game which will be forget in 2 years and, I think i read that it has a full female cast? please! that's already taken, this game won't even get toe to toe with arcana heart, and I don't even like that game. just look at the characters...

Now we'll see if it'll even have a proper single player with a proper story, unlike guilty gear or blazblue this game won't get that far.

@Giroutte difference is this game is made to address those problems that people have with fighting games. To stop all those things that potentially break the game.

If you're concerned about single player, then you should probably avoid the game because you're a scrub.
