  • Good to know. I tend to buy those prewashed bags of baby spinach leaves and use them straught from the bag. Guess I'll need to stop that. I glad they mentioned how to wash the stuff. That was helpful.

  • I totally agree, I especially agree with the cans thing, whenever I see someone filling the shelves/fridges with cans, and they hold it by the top, it just puts me off.

  • whoever doesnt wash food after buying it is just nasty, I know for a fact especially here in england the majority of black people wash food as part of its prep. rice chicken fruit , even drink cans get wiped before we put our mouths on it.
