  • 1986 when this came out.....quite simply one of the BEST EVER years for Soul music! So many countless Gems came out in that year and this was one of them...... thanks for the memories...Glad I lived through that era.....

  • @paullemonidis I wouldn't seriously dispute your assertion, and as I intimated, it for me is vey close as much of what has post dated the 80's and way before are very much plagurist versions of things that are familiar to our generation. Take care and be well.

  • @micljnes I so agree about the merging of music types. Cant agree about the 90's though. I was born in 62 and reckon the 80's was the best period of music ever.

  • oh yes rude boy

  • Piano at the start of any Old tune and you got me strung and on the key.

  • I'm lost for the rest of the day listening to this, and remebering that special one!!

    Gwarn Viola x

  • Yes yes yes. Oh yes. I'd forgotten this big tune, oh my days. Thank so much.

  • 1 dislike?? are you crazy!! It does'nt get much better than this!!

  • @jagman523 I am also a 60's child, and I think the 90's has an edge on the 80's, not taking away from the countless great tunes that emerged from the 80's and I will add that what the 80's did was fuse pretty much all of the black music genres, whereas what we see now, is much nakedness, and gimmickery and pop music dressed up as R&B and Hip-hop to boot. Peace.

  • great song, brings back many nice memories to me. i hope for the rest of u also... thumbs up and respect for postimg this great pece of art -3
