@DSlayerZX changing oil once a day is ok changing it once a week or less is not ok, if it turns black maybe something burnt in it like batter or sugar? my point has more to do with the actual smell of the oil - i lived in taipei and walking past these places you can easily tell the smell of rancid oil. my taiwanese friends warned me to avoid such place. not all stalls like this but you need to be able to tell the difference.

@rostant999 Whats your point, American restaurants or any other restaurant for that matter don't change their frying oil either. I know cause I worked in one.

6:51 see how black the oil is used for frying, a lot of these places dont change the oil regularly (and certainly not every day) and you can smell how rancid it is from far away.

the tongue is actually really good. it's a common dish in my hometown in mainland china, my grandma marinates it in soy sauce and cola. if you'd just ignore the fact that it's not flesh off a bone it is quite enjoyable.
@KottLoom FK u , fk off if u don't know anything about Asian. We asians do eat anything with 4 leg ( besides a table ), anything that fly ( besides a airplane ), and anything that swims ( beside a submarine ). So fk off about Asians. Like American people, they like Cheese, it stinks too but why they eat it?
