The overcommentary is rather irritating.

Cannot help but notice the pastel of the exqusite Princess Zenaida behind Felix.

Good eye! That's actual the pastel that Grand Duchess Elizabeth painted of the princess.

Not many people caught that, glad to see you were looking : )

And yes the over commentary is slightly annoying but I was able to hear their voices here and there clearly. If I can find it in French without the Russian commentary, I'll be sure to post it.

Wonderful posting! But! This mixture of languages all at the same time is utterly annoying! Whose production is this? It would have been much more refined, to be able to listen to the original voices and read the translation below! Unfortunately this is east european tv-tradition: dubbing is considered to be a brutal imposition of translating voices over the original, no matter what! Poles dub just the same way! Just galumphing over the original! Very annoying...
