Dude, great review! I can tell that your an expert and know what you're talking about. I want to buy one of these for my dad. Do you think you could give me a list of everything I need for it?

I have to wonder why it is a 'screw on'. Couldn't it be a 'clip on' or something with minimal screwing - Like a 'slot in and turn' mechanism. I thought that would be the sensible design given that the battery needs changing almost daily. Quite a few torches, and battery compartments for other equipment, use the said method. This, i would say, is the only flaw in the SB. For the price, i would expect it.
