Spiderman III Behind the Scenes: Crash-Car spinning

The crew of Spiderman III visited Cleveland, Ohio April of 2006 to film the chase scene (after Sandman breaks out of the bank, and hijacks a money truck) on Euclid avenue.

This is one of the cars that will be spinning/flying in the air after the armored money truck hits it.

Here you see the crew testing the winche, to make sure the car holds while it spins as it wobbles.
You can also see the Crew's director (or production director) in the foreground.

I realize this is a boring scene, but it just shows you how much goes into a silly 2 hour movie.
This 'spinning' went on for at least an hour. (if not more.)
