Video of an approaching wall cloud associated with a tornadic supercell thunderstorm during the late afternoon hours of July 29, 2011. This was taken from the Ossining, NY train station (along the eastern banks of the Hudson River) looking west-southwest along the leading edge of the storm's core towards the wall cloud. The feature eventually becomes obscured by rain curtains.
@andreaki I haven't been back to Ossining since I shot the video, (which was aired on News4 that night) but I saw their report from Mariandale and its sad. Thanks for commenting - take care! I saw that there were major storms there AGAIN today, just three days later.

@Izanmei thanks for the comment; you're, of course, absolutely right.
The winds were mostly out of the north as I was filming, and I was on the south side of the train station building itself using it as a 'shield.' The NWS did come through after-the-fact, and has confirmed 80 mph straight-line winds occurred in Ossining during the storm.

you took this from the train station during the storm? That's really dangerous considering the winds were knocking trees down
