@allesleyringer To be more precise, the clock has been replaced by a free standing version a few yards away from the original site, in the pedestrian area, slightly towards Picadilly Circus. It is working, and I intend to upload a video of it in action eventually.

This area is being redeveloped: everything has been demolished.
