Saint Vincent Health System, Erie, Pennsylvania

Through Spirit of Women's ongoing partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office on Women's Health, Spirit of Women is proud to announce the "Make the Call - Don't Miss a Beat" campaign. This campaign is a national public education effort that aims to educate, engage and empower women and their families to learn the seven most common symptoms of a heart attack and encourage them to call 9-1-1 as soon as those symptoms arise.

Spirit of Women has worked as Office on Women's Health's exclusive partner to develop a choreographed dance that will be featured at our Day of Dance events in support of the campaign message of recognizing the common symptoms of heart attacks in women.

  • @jbbennett08 "If you know the symptoms and get the facts. You'll know the signs of a heart attack. Women listen to me and when I'm done, if any sounds familiar call 911. Pain in your neck, chest, arms and jaw, shortness of breath please tell us more. Cold sweats and nausea, tiredness, its time to take it serious. Back pain, stomach pain, shortness of breath, cold sweats, nausea, dizziness. Women listen to me and when I'm done if any sounds familiar call 911, 911, call 911."
