  • Roger McGuinn is the bomb...the coolest. I remember when I first went on the internet in 95 or 96, I was learning to play guitar...his website had the guitar chords for the byrds greatest hits. Roger making it real easy for you....god love him.

  • Does Roger bring his own plants?

  • a whole generation of catholics and protestants socialised together at raves and clubs, when the previous generation met each other they drunkingly kicked the happyness out of each other, but we hugged and befriended our old bitter enemies and things got better and better the IRA had to fight back in the 70's, the treatment of the native people was brutal, but now thank god theres no need for that.. come on Norn Iron !

  • woulda loved dancing round a camp fire in the nip off my sliced pan, free love and all that man, we done it in the late ninties at raves, but we couldnt get the girls to peel everthing off like yous hippies did! mdma, beutiful drug, harmless, , i would advise anyone to try it, its not addictive, very very safe, and the euphoria you get from it is just mighty. its been over 10 years since I had it, good times! it def helped the irish peace process, no really i'll tell ya how...

  • @frw123456 Sir I beleive you are correct. A refined ability none the less. Unlike the raw almost primitive ability of the great Neil young.

  • @Malloyism It's also his ability to take his Banjo heritage to the 12 string. No one plays those flat picks better than Roger on this instrument. It's a hugh component of the Byrds sound. Watch Turn Turn Turn when he rolls those btoom strings in the intro, I've never seen anyone else be able to duplicate it.

  • ANd lets not forget no Buddy Holly no MUSIC

  • From Bach to the Beatles? Allegro Assai of Brandenburg Concert n. 2 in F > Piccolo trumpet solo in Penny Lane...

  • @FlingsPooAtTheZoo Yes all of that but just as important are the pick-ups. To get that sound u must have exactly those picks.

  • @sarnian59

well, actually it was more or less buddy holly who made the beatles, becasuet hat was the first time john thought, hey I could also make music, he's just like us, not a big birhgt figure like elvis.

but without evlis no holly and so on, but what#d i say is also one of the earliest infleunces on british kids in the 50s.
