They claim that the " smog" is terrible in Tehran is that true? The sky looks good in this video. Not like in Los Angeles, CA. USA in the summer There is a brownish blanket of smog about 10,000 feet high which cover the entire city.

Yes there are speed limits both inside town and in freeways though we Iranians are not exactly what you would call "law-abiding citizens".
