Love ya ken, but the title is a bit off. You don't want an exercise to be "easy". I do plan to incorporate some kettle style training.

@adrizen make sure you push your knees out properly when you squat. it's a major detail, often overlooked...

@luchador1764 I sometimes wonder if kettlebell workouts are healthy long-term. Even with good form, my knees take a beating.
However, its done wonders for my back
