Can you install freenas on a Windows Server 2008 or I need a separate computer?

@sajivnair78 you can use vmware to install freenas separately but in the same computer.. I tried before, it works..

i cant install freenas on my usb key because its 4gb and i dont have one smaller :(

also can my old laptop that i want to turn into a freenas . it says in bios boot to usb harddrive. do i select this to boot to freenas on the usb key ? if i can even get freenas on my 4gb usb stick :(
