This is exactly why someone like you would need medication and counseling.

  • @AtTheWellMinistries you are right ! a light finally went on within me. now i know it has nothing to do with his behavior no matter how bad foul and insensitive it was- its about how i reacted to it- it seems he was only in my life to show me where my weaknesses were and now im determined to over come my old ways and make way for new ways - not for him - but for me. thank you for helping me to understand anger and the psychology of it- it truely is trigger from un met expectations-

    Keep up the good work.

  • i expected my husband to be honest and commited and now we are seperated

  • Respond to this video... This is a common unmet expectation. No one I know gets married expecting to be rejected, or divorced by their spouse. Although you can learn to move on and rise above the degrading feeling this imposed on you. This will take change on your part.

Of course you didn't feel angry or frustrated, because you dealt with the unmet expectation before it manifested, if you were not angry or "concerned" about the unmet expectation, you would have never felt the need to do something about it.
