I am russian and say china is stronger then japan because they use better materials , metal and armor while japanese armor is low quality their tanks can be destroyed with one shot of old sweet rpg so i am not even talking about new weapons

Type10 was developed in the 2000's.

Many of Chinese tanks are the modified versions of T-72 of Soviet developed in the 60s.
