David Kuebler's fantastic performance! Introductory ari from La Gazza Ladra by G. Rossini. Listen to the tone on high D! Rockwell Blake might have somewhat better technique on the fast runs but Kuebler's tone is unique, also his musicality. Enjoy!

  • And what a beautiful tone it is...

  • And I'll agree with the uploader, that the runs are a little sloppy, but he wasn't shy about it. One thing my music directors have always taught me is that no matter how well or how badly you play something, you'd better at least use a good tone.

  • What a beast. Not quite as handsome as Alagna, but way better voice projection. At least on this stage...

  • this man is such a bad-ass!
