Contempt for the basic responsibilities of stewardship and trusteeship of funds;
Contempt for the notion of policies applied freely and fairly, without fear or favor to all;
Cover-ups of basic mistakes and costly errors coupled with reprisals against those who
discovered and exposed them.
High turnover rates on the Board of Directors; staff and directors insulated, with station funds, from any personal legal accountability for screw-ups, even when in pursuit of personal agenda;
Setting high fund-raising targets, in the context of the current deep recession and high rates of
unemployment, then voting themselves pay raises without any evidence of ability to sustain them or cause for them in terms of any proved increased performance by staff and directors.
no apparent problem with putting out outright and provable falsehoods to the membership and to individual members of the Board of Directors.
